About Takasago

Rooted in Japan’s Northern Heartland

Nestled between the pristine Shirakami Mountains — a UNESCO World Heritage Site — and the vast Tsugaru Plain, our factory has been at the heart of Aomori’s noodle culture for over a century.

We work directly with local farmers to cultivate Nebariogoshi wheat, and draw on the region’s exceptionally soft underground water.

This deep connection to the land is what makes Takasago noodles truly distinctive.

Trusted by generations in Japan for its quality and consistency.
